Isharya is a jewelry brand that has strong roots in India and a following in the US. Isharya is known for their large, beautiful statement pieces. These pieces of jewelry are works of art that would be accompanied by the beautiful garments they draped across.
Working for Isharya, I created pieces that would expand their line of jewelry to include pieces that were minimal in profile but echoed the feeling of their already successful pieces.
When designing, the idea of simple everyday wear was at the forefront. Though I was looking to design something that was smaller in profile, I still wanted the wearer to be able to feel like they were buying something that was true to the Isharya brand all the while feeling like they were making a statement of their own.
